An efficient proxy broadcast re-encryption scheme suitable for cloud data sharing
Proxy broadcast re-encryption(PBRE)allows a delegator to delegate decryption rights to a group of users at a time,which is an efficient encryption method.Most of the existing PBRE schemes use bilinear pairing operations,and the schemes that do not use bilinear pairs are only chosen-plain-text-attack secure in terms of security,so we propose a PBRE scheme that does not require bilinear pairs for cloud data sharing and prove that it is chosen-ciphertext-attack secure under the standard model;an efficiency analysis yields that,compared with some existing efficient schemes,the new scheme saves 71.5%of the storage cost and 81.9%of the computation cost.
