Power,capital and place:A study on the mechanism and path of organic renewal of human settlements in traditional villages
Organic renewal of the living environment of traditional villages is an important starting point to improve the well-being of villagers and continue traditional culture,and is one of the ways to achieve the strategy of rural revitalization and common prosperity.Based on the theory of organic renewal and from the perspective of"power-capital-place",this paper constructs an analytical framework of"build-ing a network system of organic renewal community-forming an interactive mechanism of cooperative construction by multiple entities-proposing an action path of organic renewal community".Taking Zhangguying Village,Yueyang County,Hunan Province as an example,mechanism exploration and path selection of organic renewal of human settlement environment in Zhangguying Village were carried out.The research findings are as follows:1)The organic renewal of the human settlements of tradi-tional villages refers to the process in which the government,enterprises and villagers provide multiple guarantees through the renewal methods of accurate judgment,accurate restoration and accurate poli-cies in order to achieve the two renewal goals of organic order restoration and traditional function trans-formation.2)After four stages of practical evolution,Zhangguying Village's human settlement environ-ment renewal finally successfully built an organic renewal community network system under the co-con-struction mode of multiple subjects.The government of Zhangguying Village strengthens the power reg-ulation mechanism,the enterprises implement the capital investment mechanism,and the villagers practice the local participation mechanism,which together constitute the three-dimensional interactive mechanism of Zhangguying Village"building the organic renewal network,cultivating the organic re-newal trust and the organic renewal standard of the schedule".3)Based on the three-dimensional in-teractive mechanism,in view of the reality block of Zhangguying Village's management imbalance,in-come mismanagement and loss of rights and interests,the action path of rule making and supervision strengthening,responsibility sharing and income sharing,awareness strengthening and behavior norms is proposed.From the perspective of multiple subjects,this study supplements the research on organic renewal of the human settlement environment of traditional villages,and has certain practical guiding significance for the protection and development of Zhangguying Village.
