Analysis of stock land potential and utilization paths in rural areas under the background of urban-rural integration——A case study in Feng County,Jiangsu Province
The activation and utilization of stock land are crucial components of land consolidation,ac-tivating stock resources and innovative stock planning have become unavoidable and urgent to study the new proposition.This study establishes a theoretical framework for the extraction,comprehensive evalu-ation,and potential estimation of stock land.Based on the current land use status,it analyzes the spatial distribution and scale characteristics of stock land in rural areas of Feng County.The study calculates the redevelopment potential of stock land in rural areas at the town scale and proposes pathways and policy suggestions for activating stock land in rural areas.The findings indicate:l)The overall activa-tion potential of stock land in Feng County's rural areas is considerable,with significant differences in development potential among various townships.2)The potential of stock land in Feng County's rural areas is classified into three levels,showing substantial potential but uneven distribution.Townships closer to the main urban area have larger potential,concentrated mostly in the southern part.3)To acti-vate stock land in rural areas,effective strategies such as differentiated development for different types of villages,organic integration of rural planning and activation policies,and innovative systems linking land increasing and decreasing should be adopted.
