Research on the relationship between public transport service perception and travel happiness in mountainous cities——based on the moderating effect of sense of gain
Happiness is the goal that every society is striving for.Based on the structural equation model, this paper combines the theory of happiness with urban public transportation, and empirically tests the nonlinear relationship between the perception of public transport service quality and the sense of travel happiness of urban residents in mountainous areas,as well as the regulatory effect of the sense of public transport resource acquisition between the two.The results show that:1)There is a nonlinear relationship between the perception of public transport service quality and the sense of travel happi-ness,and the sense of travel happiness presents a marginal decline feature;2)The sense of public transport resource acquisition of mountainous city residents has a significant negative regulatory effect between the perception of public transport service quality and the sense of travel happiness, and the positive impact of the perception of public transport service quality on the sense of travel happiness de-creases with the enhancement of the sense of public transport resource acquisition;3)The sense of ac-cess to public transport resources in mountainous cities has a positive and significant impact on travel happiness. The research conclusion can provide inspiration for promoting the institutional reform of"satisfaction-sense of gain-sense of happiness"of urban public transport, and help to improve the sense of happiness of mountainous urban residents in public transport travel.
