CoCrMnNiFe高熵合金成分对力学性能影响机制研究

为探究CoCrMnNiFe高熵合金中成分变化对力学性能的影响,利用分子动力学模拟了主元成分变化对力学性能的影响,同时分析了其微观物理机制.结果发现:Ni含量升高,CoCrMnNiFe高熵合金弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度均逐渐增大;Fe、Mn、Cr含量升高会降低CoCrMnNiFe高熵合金弹性模量、屈服强度和抗拉强度;Co含量变化对力学性能影响较小.此外,还阐明了成分变化影响CoCrMnNiFe高熵合金力学性能的微观物理机制,发现通过调控高熵合金成分可以调控其层错能,从而影响其位错形核能力.
Study on the influencing mechanism of composition of CoCrMnNiFe high entropy alloy composition on mechanical properties
To investigate the effect of composition changes on the mechanical properties of CoCrMn-NiFe high entropy alloys,molecular dynamics simulation was used to calculate the effects of principal component on the properties.The microscopic physical mechanism was analyzed.It was found that as the Ni content increased,the elastic modulus,yield strength,and tensile strength of CoCrMnNiFe high entropy alloy gradually increased.An increase in Fe,Mn,and Cr content will reduce the elastic modu-lus,yield strength,and tensile strength.The Co content has a relatively small impact on the mechanical properties.The study elucidated the microscopic physical mechanism by which compositional changes affect the strength of CoCrMnNiFe high entropy alloys.By regulating the composition of high entropy al-loys,the stacking fault energy can be controlled,thereby affecting their dislocation nucleation.
