氮掺杂二氧化铈的制备、性能及应用研究现状

氮元素掺杂对CeO2物化性能有显著影响,氮掺杂后CeO2表现出优异的光催化、热催化和电化学性能,但目前关于氮掺杂CeO2的研究相对较少,缺乏对现有氮掺杂CeO2研究成果的系统总结与梳理.为此,总结了目前制备氮掺杂CeO2的主要方法、讨论了氮掺杂对CeO2物化性能的主要影响、分析了目前氮掺杂CeO2的主要应用场景、展望了未来氮掺杂CeO2需开展的主要研究工作.
Review on the preparing,performance and applications of N-doped CeO2
Nitrogen doping has a significant impact on the physicochemical properties of CeO2.N-doped CeO2 exhibits excellent photocatalytic,thermal catalytic and electrochemical properties.Howev-er,there are relatively fewer studies on N-doped CeO2,and there is a lack of systematic summary and combing of its existing research results.In this review,the main methods of nitrogen doping in CeO2are summarized,the main effects and rules of nitrogen doping on its physical and chemical properties are discussed,and its main application fields are analyzed.It also provides some suggestions for the future study of N-doped CeO2,and hopes to play a certain guiding role for the study of N-doped CeO2 and CeO2-based functional materials.
