旱地喷灌栽培模式对果蔗产量和品质及效益的影响

为评价旱地喷灌栽培模式果蔗种植的应用效果,于 2022 年 1 月在广东翁源县进行了旱地喷灌栽培模式与传统灌溉栽培模式 2种栽培模式下果蔗种植比较试验.在果蔗成熟期,对产量性状、蔗茎外观性状、内在品质等方面进行调查和测定.结果显示,与传统灌溉栽培模式相比,旱地采用喷灌栽培模式种植的果蔗各项指标有非常明显的改善效果.旱地喷灌栽培模式下种植的果蔗较传统灌溉栽培模式种植的株高显著增加了7 cm,茎径增加了1.9 mm,节间长度显著增长了0.8 cm,单茎重显著提高了0.2 kg,蔗茎产量显著增加了 13 t/hm2,5 个指标的增幅分别达到 2.58%、0.51%、6.25%、1.52%、9.0%.另外,蔗茎的花皮率显著降低了 1.25 个百分点,梢腐病发生率显著降低 0.42 个百分点,田间锤度显著增加了1.42 个百分点(绝对值)、可溶性蔗糖显著增加了 1个百分点、纤维含量减少了 0.47 个百分点.相比传统灌溉栽培模式,旱地果蔗喷灌栽培模式下的商品率极显著提高了 2.1 个百分点,销售价高出 0.1 元/kg,单位面积产值极显著提高 3.95 万元/hm2,单位面积纯产值极显著增加 3.39 万元/hm2,果蔗旱地喷灌栽培模式下比传统灌溉用水节水 28.6%.试验表明:旱地喷灌栽培模式种植的果蔗不仅品质好、产量高,而且商品率高,可大面积推广应用以助推农民进一步提高果蔗的产量与质量,从而获得更高的经济效益.
Effects of Sprinkler Irrigation on Yield,Quality and Benefit of Chewing Cane in Dry Land
In order to evaluate the effect of chewing cane planting under dry land sprinkler irrigation mode,a comparative experiment was conducted between dry land sprinkler irrigation mode and traditional irrigation mode in Wengyuan County,Guangdong Province in January 2022.In the maturing stage of chewing cane,the yield characters,cane stem appearance characters,internal quality and so on were investigated and determined.The results showed that compared with the traditional irrigation cultivation mode,the indexes of chewing cane planted by sprinkling irrigation cultivation mode in dry land had a very obvious improvement.Compared with traditional irrigated cultivation mode,the plant height,stem diameter,internode length,stem weight and stem yield of chewing cane in dry land under spraying irrigation significantly increased by 7 cm,1.9 mm,0.8 cm,0.2 kg,and 13 t/hm2 respectively.The growth rate of the five indicators reached 2.58%,0.51%,6.25%,1.52%and 9.0%respectively.In addition,the percentage of cane stem flower skin was significantly reduced by 1.25 percentage points,the incidence of tip rot was significantly reduced by 0.42 percentage points,the field hammer was significantly increased by 1.42 percentage points(absolute value),the soluble sucrose was significantly increased by 1 percentage point,and the fiber content was decreased by 0.47 percentage points.Compared with traditional irrigation cultivation mode,the commodity rate of chewing cane in dry land under sprinkler cultivation mode was significantly increased by 2.1 percentage points,the sales price was 0.1 yuan/kg higher,the output value per unit area was significantly increased by 39500 yuan/hm2,and the net output value per unit area was significantly increased by 33900 yuan/hm2.Compared with traditional irrigation,the water saving of chewing cane in dry land was 28.6%.The experiment showed that the chewing cane cultivated in dry land sprinkler irrigation mode not only has good quality,high yield,but also has high commodity rate,which can be widely applied to promote farmers to further improve the yield and quality of chewing cane,so as to obtain higher economic benefits.
