甘蔗秸秆综合利用技术研究现状

甘蔗秸秆包括原料蔗收获之后剩下的枯叶、绿叶及蔗梢,如果不及时处理会对后期蔗田管理产生较大影响.近年来,国家对秸秆野外焚烧进行了严格管控.在新环保形势下,通过一系列新型技术手段对蔗田中残留蔗叶进行无害或资源化处理、变废为宝,是实现甘蔗秸秆综合利用的重要途径.据此,研究者通过查阅相关文献,对目前较为成熟的技术模式进行了整理,归纳总结了一套较为完善的适宜我国国情的秸秆综合利用技术,其中包括低秸秆残留良种、原位粉碎腐熟发酵还田、青储饲料、燃料以及锅炉灰分肥料生产等技术模式,为促进环境友好型的蔗糖业发展提供理论指导.
Research on Comprehensive Utilization Technology of Sugarcane Straw
Sugarcane straw includes the dead,senescence,green leaves,and sugarcane shoots left after the harvesting of raw sugarcane.If not treated in timely,it will be significant impact on the later management of sugarcane fields.In addition,under the advance environmental protection situation,the country has strictly controlled the burning of straw in the field,and it is urgent to use a series of new technological tools to harmlessly or resourcefully treat the residual sugarcane leaves in sugarcane fields,turning waste into treasure.In response to this issue,researchers have consulted a large number of relevant literature and sorted out the advance technological approaches.We summarized a set of relatively complete straw comprehensive utilization technologies that are significant for the development of China's national conditions,including low straw residue cultivars,crushing in-situ and returning to the field,silage feed,fuelization,and boiler ash fertilizer production.Ultimately,achieving environmentally ecofriendly development of sugar agroindustry.
