一种改善压榨藕筒辊排汁技术的应用探讨

一般情况下,压榨机配备的面辊、后辊均为高效藕筒辊,运行过程中经常发现面后藕筒辊排汁孔排汁前期多、后期少现象,甚至出现蔗汁冒顶,压榨机效能下降,蔗渣水分升高的情况.主要原因是面、后辊的藕筒均为三孔式结构,孔内结满蔗渣,排汁通道堵塞,致使藕筒辊失效,排汁不畅,产生重吸,影响压榨抽出率和锅炉热效率.将传统的三孔式藕筒辊排汁通道改造为单孔式结构,改造技术可降低藕孔的加工难度,提高藕孔内壁的光滑度,减少挂渣和堵塞,改善排汁效果,降低蔗渣水分,可以达到提高抽出率和锅炉热效率的双重效果.
Application and Discussion of the Technology to Improve the Juice Drainage of Pressed Lotus Root Drum Roller
Generally,the surface roller and the back roller equipped with the presser are high-efficiency lotus root drum rollers.The drainage holes of the surface and back lotus root drum rollers discharge more juice in the early stage and less juice in the later stage,and even sugarcane juice falls off the top,reducing the efficiency of the presser and increasing the moisture content of the bagasse.The main reason is that the root barrel of the surface and back roller is three-hole structure,the hole is full of bagasse,and the juice drainage channel is logged,resulting in the failure of the lotus roller function.The drain of juice is not smooth,and the re-suction is generated,which affects the extraction rate of the presser and the thermal efficiency of the boiler.The traditional three-hole roller drain channel of the lotus root can be transformed into a single-hole structure,which can reduce the processing difficulty and improve the smoothness of the inner wall of the lotus root hole,reduce bagasse hanging and clogging of juice channels so that improve the juice drainage effect,reduce the water content of bagasse,and achieve the double effects of increasing the extraction rate and boiler thermal efficiency.
