Research Report on Combustion of"Cane Leaves Replacing Bagasse"in Furnace
Guangxi is the largest sugarcane production base in China,and sugarcane leaves are the main crop straw resources.Direct open burning will cause serious environmental pollution,so it is necessary to develop more effective ways of resource utilization.As a by-product of sugarcane production,bagasse is mostly used as fuel for boilers in sugar factories at present,and its resource utilization value is not high compared to the preparation of high-grade environmental protection tableware.On the one hand,there is the pressure of rationalizing the use of surplus sugarcane leaves;On the other hand,high-value bagasse needs to be used sparingly,and"cane leaf replacement bagasse"into the furnace can solve both problems at the same time.Therefore,this paper conducted in-depth research on the boilers of sugar factories in Guangxi,fully analyzed the problems and benefits of"replacing bagasse with cane leaves"in furnace combustion,and put forward relevant suggestions to promote the burning of cane leaves in furnace,aiming at providing references for the government and sugar enterprises to develop the utilization of cane leaves as resources.
