龙陵县甘蔗生产机械化发展浅析

摘要
甘蔗生产机械化是蔗糖产业发展的趋势,目前人工种植甘蔗需要投入劳动力 90 人/hm2,人工种植成本 9150 元/hm2,而机械化种植成本 5437.5 元/hm2,通过生产机械化开沟、播种、施肥、盖膜一体化操作,可以节约成本 3712.5 元/hm2.甘蔗机械化作业具有省时、省工、省力,以及延长甘蔗宿根年限和节本增效等优点.甘蔗生产全程机械化的推广应用,不仅是实现乡村振兴、农业现代化的关键,而且是实现蔗农和糖厂利益双赢的必由之路.
Abstract
The mechanization of sugarcane production is a trend in the development of the sugarcane industry.Currently,manual planting of sugarcane requires 90 labor inputs/hm2,with the cost of 9150 yuan/hm2 for manual planting and 5437.5 yuan/hm2 for mechanized planting.By integrating production mechanization with trenching,sowing,fertilization,and film covering,a cost savings of 3712.5 yuan/hm2 can be achieved.Mechanized sugarcane production has the advantages of saving time,labor,effort,and extending the lifespan of sugarcane roots,saving costs and increasing efficiency.The promotion and application of mechanization in sugarcane production is the key to achieve rural revitalization and agricultural modernization,and it is the only way to achieve a win-win situation for sugarcane farmers and sugar factories.
