In recent years,the planting area of sugarcane in China decreased year by year.The number of chopper combine harvesters increased significantly.The ratio of mechanized harvesting area to hand harvesting area is very low in those years.In view of this problem,this paper expounded the contradiction between the current production relations and the creative quality driven productive dynamic of the sugarcane industry from the perspective of methodology,which was the main reason for the slow progress of machine harvest.In the study,by adjusting the current production relationship of sugarcane industry,all parties in the current production relationship were formed into the machinery promotion consortium,and the machinery promotion model with sugar factory as the main body was built.The goal was to improve the competitiveness of the sugarcane industry and promote the sustainable development of the industry.This model takes free or low price machine harvest as a lever.Sugar mills organize,coordinate and manage sugarcane mechanization production.The model can realize that sugar mills have a stable source of high-quality sugarcane,enterprise of harvesting get stable profit,and sugarcane farmers get free(or low price)harvesting sugarcane.A win-win situation for all parties was conducive to stabilizing the sugarcane planting area and the sustainable development of the sugarcane industry.With this model as a step,if some pilots could be establish and popularized under the current conditions,it is expected to break the current slow harvest progress deadlock and achieve rapid progress of sugarcane mechanized harvest.
