Construction of Theoretical Sucrose Content Model and Its Application in Sugar Production
This article explores the problems in chemical management methods in the sugar industry, especially the inaccuracy and evaluation issues in the calculation of sucrose content in production reports. The traditional method of calculating sucrose content has many influencing factors, making it difficult to objectively reflect the quality and sucrose content, which is not conducive to production management. Therefore, the article proposes a solution to construct a theoretical sucrose content model based on mathematical statistical methods, which utilizes field sugarcane detection data to establish a mathematical model for the relationship between theoretical sucrose content and sugar content of the first pressed juice. This model can more accurately estimate the sucrose content, providing an evaluation basis for the level of sugar production technology management. The correlation between theoretical sucrose content and actual sugar production rate was analyzed through examples, and the focus of optimizing sugar factory production management was proposed. Finally,it was recommended that sugar companies add a"theoretical sucrose content"project in their daily production management reports to monitor and evaluate sugar production technology and management levels in real time, promoting overall operational efficiency and product quality improvement.
