摘要

组织培养技术作为现代生物技术的重要组成部分,在甘蔗育种、脱毒快繁、种质资源保护和生理生化研究等方面发挥着重要作用.本文综述了甘蔗组织培养技术的最新研究进展,涵盖了脱毒快繁、种质保存以及该技术在甘蔗抗逆育种和生理生化机制研究中的应用.通过组织培养,甘蔗的育种周期显著缩短,优良种质得到高效繁育,为甘蔗产业的可持续发展提供了强有力的技术支持.此外,该技术为甘蔗病毒、病原菌脱除和种质资源保护提供了新的解决方案,为基因工程等新兴育种技术提供了理想的转化材料.本研究以期为甘蔗产业的创新和可持续发展提供理论依据和技术支持.

Abstract

As an important part of modern biotechnology,tissue culture technology plays a key role in sugarcane breeding,detoxification and rapid propagation,germplasm resource protection,physiological and biochemical research.This paper reviewed the latest research progress in sugarcane tissue culture technology,including virus-free and rapid propagation,germplasm preservation,and its application in sugarcane stress resistance breeding,physiological and biochemical mechanism research.Through tissue culture,the breeding cycle of sugarcane has been significantly shortened,excellent germplasm has been efficiently bred,which provides strong technical support for the sustainable development of sugarcane industry.In addition,the technology provides not only a new solution for the removal of viruses and pathogens,germplasm resources protection in sugarcane but also an ideal transformation material for emerging breeding technologies such as genetic engineering.It aims to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the innovation and sustainable development of sugarcane industry.
