Preliminary Study on the Effect of a Polysaccharide Chelated Water-soluble Fertilizer on Sugarcane
Duotun is a water-soluble fertilizer containing chelated trace elements,including chelates,humic acid,amino acids,chelated Fe,Zn,B,and Mo(Fe Zn B Mo≥100 g/L).To explore the application effect this water-soluble fertilizer with chelated trace elements on sugarcane,experiments were conducted by spraying Duotun on spring-planted sugarcane,ratoon sugarcane,and yellowed ratoon sugarcane.The results showed that under the dose of 3 L/hm2 of Duodun,mixed with 450 kg of water,and sprayed once during the early tillering stage and once during the early jointing stage,it could increase tillering rate of sugarcane,promote the growth of sugarcane,increase the plant height and stem diameter,and increase the number of effective stems.Also the experiments resulted in higher yield and sugar content compared to the control,achieving better agricultural and industrial benefits.This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the production and application chelated water-soluble fertilizers.
