This article analyzes and designs an automatic control system for the production process of refined sugar soluble sugar,and explores its application effect in practical production.The automatic control system realizes the automatic control of sugar unloading,raw sugar silos,and sugar dissolution production processes,including functions such as data acquisition,analog control,sequence control,and interlock protection control.The system runs stably and reliably,effectively improving the equipment efficiency and safety productivity of the sugar dissolution production process,and reducing the labor intensity of workers.The application effect of automatic control system in the production process of refined sugar soluble sugar is significant,which can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality,reduce production costs,and play an important role in the low-carbon production and quality improvement of sugar enterprises.
