污水处理设备的智能控制管理系统的设计及应用

针对污水处理场所环境恶劣、容易滋生对人体有害微生物的情况,开发了一套适用于污水处理设备控制和管理的智能系统。同时考虑到调节池的pH测量控制具有非线性、大滞后特性,开发了针对污水处理工艺中调节池pH值的采样和控制的智能算法。通过采用云计算、智能控制管理算法等技术对现场污水处理车间的各种设备及容器进行智能化的管理,工作人员通过云计算平台对污水车间的设备及工艺的实时运行情况进行远程查询及调节,进而实现污水处理工艺流程的智能化运行。该技术的应用大大减少了制糖企业污水车间工作人员与污水处理工艺现场有害微生物的接触时长,保障了污水车间工作人员的身体健康,同时提升了制糖企业的信息化管理水平。
Design and Application of Intelligent Control and Management System for Wastewater Treatment Equipment
A set of intelligent systems suitable for controlling and managing sewage treatment equipment has been developed to address the harsh environment in sewage treatment facilities,which is prone to the growth of harmful microorganisms to human health.At the same time,considering that the pH measurement control of the regulating tank has nonlinear and large delay characteristics,an intelligent algorithm for sampling and control of the pH value of the regulating tank in the sewage treatment process is developed.By adopting technologies such as cloud computing and intelligent control management algorithms,various equipment and containers in the on-site sewage treatment workshop are intelligently managed.The staff remotely query and adjust the real-time operation of the equipment and processes in the sewage treatment workshop through the cloud computing platform,thereby achieving intelligent operation of the sewage treatment process flow.The application of this technology greatly reduces the contact time between the workers in the sewage workshop of sugar enterprises and harmful microorganisms on the sewage treatment process site,ensuring the physical health of the workers in the sewage workshop and improving the information management level of sugar enterprises.
