研究了精制级白砂糖标准样品,并对其进行了均匀性研究和稳定性研究。采用多个实验室协作定值的方式,确定了特性值,并进行了不确定度评定。结果表明,该标准样品均匀性和稳定性良好,有效期不少于 20 个月,色值指标的特性值为(11。3±1。4)IU,电导灰分指标的特性值为(0。00482±0。00020)%,蔗糖分指标的特性值为(99。82±0。06)%,还原糖分指标的特性值为(0。0114±0。0018)%。该精制级白砂糖标准样品填补了国内外食糖标准样品的空白,符合标准样品工作导则的各项要求,可用于实验室的质量控制和能力确认。
Research on Reference Material of Refined Grade White Granulated Sugar and Uncertainty Evaluation
A reference material of refined grade white granulated sugar has been researched,with its homogeneity and stability thoroughly investigated.Through cooperative certification involving multiple laboratories,its property values were confirmed,and uncertainties were evaluated.The results showed that the homogeneity and stability of this reference material were excellent,with an expiration date exceeding 20 months.The colour property value was(11.3±1.4)IU,conductivity ash property value was(0.00482±0.00020)%,sucrose content property value was(99.82±0.06)%,and reducing sugar content property value was(0.0114±0.0018)%.This reference material of refined grade white granulated sugar fills a crucial gap in both domestic and international development.It conformes to the requirements of the directives for the work of reference materials and it would be used for quality control and capability validation in the laboratory.
