摘要
深入剖析了越南糖业的历史沿革、当前状况、发展趋势、面临的挑战以及应对策略,通过分析越南的甘蔗种植面积、产量、产糖量及科研进展,分析越南在全球糖业市场中的地位和未来前景,并探讨中越糖业合作的潜力.最后,总结越南对我国糖业高发展的影响和启示,并指出两国应在品种选育、制糖技术、综合利用等方面加强交流与合作,以期提高两国糖业的综合竞争力,促进糖业的可持续健康发展.
Abstract
This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the current status,development trends,challenges,and coping strategies of Vietnam's sugar industry.It includes research progress on sugarcane yield,sugar production,and breeding.The goal is to explore its position and future prospects in the global sugar market,as well as its impact on and cooperation strategies with China's sustainable sugar industry development.Finally,it summarizes the insights from Vietnam for China's sugar production and emphasizes the need for both countries to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in areas such as variety selection,sugar production technology,and comprehensive utilization.This aims to enhance the overall competitiveness of the sugar industries in both nations and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the global sugar industry.
