Study on the Heavy Metal Forms and the Effect of Activated Carbon on the Quality of Red Bamboo Fungus
The layer loading method was used to cultivate the red bamboo fungus through an intelligent mushroom room.Y0-Y6 groups of bamboo fungus planting soil and bamboo fungus samples before and after the addition of activated carbon improvers were collected. The total content of p H,Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As in the soil and bamboo fungus samples,as well as the p H,Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As forms(exchange state, carbonate bound state, iron manganese oxidation state, organic bound state, residue state)in the soil were analyzed soil physicochemical properties(p H,organic matter,nitrogen,phos-phorus,potassium).The results showed that the forms were mainly in the residual syate of Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,with the smallest carbonate bound state, and a higher proportion of Cd and Hg exchangeable states. The iron manganese oxide bound state, organic bound state, exchangeable state, and carbon-ate bound state of Pb were all higher than the corresponding forms of Cd,Cr,Hg,and As.The resid-ual state of Cr was the largest, while the exchangeable state of Pb was the largest. The bacterial skirt mainly enriches As and Cd,the cap and stipe mainly enriches Cd,and the bacterial tray mainly enri-ches Cd and Cr.Except for Pb,the content of Cd,Cr,Hg,and As in red bamboo fungus was higher than that in wood. The content of Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg,As in soil before and after the addition of activa-ted carbon improver, but the physical and chemical properties of the soil are affected by the amount of activated carbon added, which further affects the distribution of heavy metal forms.
