不同引发处理对盐胁迫下无芒雀麦种子萌发的影响

为探究盐胁迫对无芒雀麦种子萌发的影响,提高种子在盐胁迫下的萌发能力,本研究以'乌苏一号'无芒雀麦为试验材料,设置 NaCl浓度为 150 mmol/L,采用水引发、不同浓度褪黑素(MT)引发、不同浓度 PEG-6000 引发和蛭石引发,筛选出适宜盐胁迫下提高无芒雀麦种子萌发的引发剂.结果表明,对无芒雀麦种子进行引发处理后,与对照相比,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及活力指数均被提高,仅 50μmol/L MT引发、蛭石引发缩短了种子的平均萌发时间.经隶属函数分析得出,50μmol/L MT引发无芒雀麦种子效果最佳,与 ck相比种子的发芽率提高了 42%、发芽势提高了40%、发芽指数提高了 19、活力指数提高了 83,其次为蛭石引发.
Effects of Different Priming Treatments on Seed Germination of Bromus inermis under Salt Stress
To alleviate the effects of salt stress on seed germination and improve seed germination abili-ty under salt stress,Bromus inermis Leyss.'Wusu No.1 was used as the experimental material,NaCl concentration was set at 150 mmol/L.Water priming,different concentrations of melatonin(MT)priming,different concentrations of PEG-6000 priming and vermiculite priming were used to explore the effects of different priming treatments on seed germination of Bromus inermis under salt stress.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,vitality index,germination index of Bromus inermis seeds could be improved by priming treatments under salt stress.Only 50 μmol/L MT priming and vermiculite priming reduced the average germination time of Bromus iner-mis seeds.According to the membership function analysis,50μmol/L MT had the best effect on the germination rate,germination potential,vitality index,germination index,increased by 42%,40%,19 and 83 respectively compared with ck,followed by vermiculite.
