Effects of Different Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Ratios on the Growth and Active Ingredients of Gentiana rigescens Tissue Culture Plantlets
To analyze the effects of different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrition levels in the culture medium on the growth of Gentiana rigescens tissue culture seedlings and the content of effec-tive components. The tissue cultured plantlets of G.rigescens were used as materials, and L9(33)orthogonal design was used to study the effects of different amounts and ratios of nitrogen,phosphor-us and potassium in the culture medium on the growth indexes of G.rigescens and the contents of gentiopicroside, swertiamarin and weroside. The resucts showed that the tissue cultured seedlings of G.rigescens cultivated by different nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium formulas showed significant differences in growth traits and content of effective components.Among the three nutrient elements, nitrogen had the most obvious effect on the stem diameter, root length, number of roots, number of branches and drying rate of the tissue cultured seedlings of G.rigescens, phosphorus had the most obvious effect on the root diameter, fresh weight of a single plant and the content of gentiopicroside and weroside, while potassium had the most obvious effect on the stem length. The content of swer-tiamarin in leaves was the most significant. In the process of tissue culture of G.rigescens, the nitro-gen,phosphorus and potassium in the culture medium can be adjusted according to the use of tissue culture seedlings,so as to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
