微生物菌剂和化学药混用包衣小麦的田间应用效果评价

为评价 200 亿CFU/克多粘类芽孢杆菌KN-03 种子处理水分散粒剂(简称KN-03)和 23%吡虫啉·咯菌腈·苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂(简称 23%IRP)混用包衣对小麦幼苗长势、纹枯病防效和产量的影响,为微生物菌剂和化学药联合应用推广提供依据.本试验采用种子包衣法于河南博爱县、温县两地进行田间试验.试验结果表明,KN-03 和 23%IRP混用对小麦安全性较好,有效提升小麦苗期长势和最终产量;混用包衣处理后纹枯病病株率为 12.3%~15.5%,远低于 3%戊唑醇·吡虫啉(28.4%~41.3%)和单独 23%IRP(41.8%~50%)包衣处理.KN-03 和 23%IRP混用对小麦纹枯病具有较好的防治效果且有利于小麦高产.
Evaluation of the Field Application Effects of Mixed Coating Treatment of Microbial Agent and Chemical Agent on Wheat
To evaluate the efficacy of mixed coating treatment of 200 billion CFU/g of Bacillus poly-myxa WDG(KN-03)and 23%imidacloprid·rotonitrile·phenylethicazole FSC(23%IRP)against wheat sheath blight,as well as the effects on seedling growth and yield,providing basis for the pro-motion and application of combined microbial and chemicals.The field trials were carried out by seed-coating at Boai and Wenxian.The results showed that the combined coating treatment of KN-03 and 23%IRP benefited seedling growth and yield of wheat,and showed excellent control effect(disease rate of 12.3%-15.5%)on wheat sheath blight over single 23%IRP(disease rate of 41.8%-50%)and other agent coating treatment(disease rate of 28.4%-41.3%).The combined coating treatment of KN-03 and 23%IRP had good control effect on wheat sheath blight and contributes to high yield.
