Variation Analysis of Main Yield Traits in Wheat Recombinant Inbred Lines
In order to understand the application value of the recombinant inbred line population(Zhumai305/Zhongmai578)in genetic mapping and gene mapping of yield traits, this study analyzed the genetic variation of yield related traits in 388(Zhumai305/Zhongmai578)recombinant inbred line populations using the chi square test method. The research results indicated that the traits of tiller number, ear length, spikelet number, ear grain number, thousand grain weight, and ear grain weight of the recombinant inbred line(Zhumai305/Zhongmai578)had extensive genetic variation, with coefficients of variation of 23.54%,11.37%,7.30%,14.16%,20.12%,and 25.63%,respectively.Except for spike grain weight and tiller number, the other four traits all follow a normal distribution, exhibiting genetic characteristics of quantitative traits, indicating that this is an ideal genetic mapping population.
