Effects of Physiological and Biochemica of Okra under Different Irrigations and Potassium
Using okra as the research object,a pot experiment was conducted to reveal the effect on physiolog-ical and biochemical indicators of okra, with wet irrigation, tray only irrigation,Israel's new generation irriga-tion,and traditional irrigation methods. The results showed that irrigation methods and potassium fertilizer concentrations had a significant impact on the chlorophyll content of okra plant leaves.Under wet irrigation conditions, the chlorophyll content in the leaves of okra plants was relatively high, with a maximum value of 22.55 mg/g,which was less affected by potassium fertilizer concentration.Under the same potassium fertilizer concentration, the vitality of plant root system showed as follows wetting irrigation ≈ only the diaphragm>traditional cultivation ≈ Israel's new generation irrigation. The activity of nitrate reductase in the leaves of okra plants was affected by potassium fertilizer, the concentration had a relatively small impact, with wetting irrigation ≈ only on the diaphragm>Israel's new generation irrigation>traditional cultivation, and Israel's new generation irrigation was significantly higher than traditional irrigation.
