4种药剂浸种处理对金丝皇菊功能成分及抗氧化活性的影响

为探究不同药剂浸种处理金丝皇菊扦插种苗对其功能成分及抗氧化活性的影响,确定最适宜的浸种处理药剂。本研究采集清水(Q1)、生根粉(Q2)、百菌清(Q3)、生根粉+百菌清(Q4)4种药剂处理后的金丝皇菊头状花序样品,采用福林—酚法、苯酚硫酸法和硝酸铝法测定其功能成分的含量;从DPPH、Fe3+和ABTS等3个方面来评价4种药剂浸种处理金丝皇菊的抗氧化活性。结果表明,不同药剂浸种处理对金丝皇菊多糖、总酚和黄酮含量有显著的影响,多糖含量在Q3时最高(26。81 mg/g),高于滁菊,低于含量较高的枣;总酚和黄酮含量在Q2时最高(48。59 mg/g和61。88 mg/g),与滁菊基本一致,高于其他品种菊花和蓝莓、黑莓等小浆果食物。不同药剂浸种处理对金丝皇菊多糖和总酚的Fe3+还原能力有显著的影响,多糖的Fe3+还原能力在Q2时最高(138。34 μmol/g),为滁菊的38。6倍;总酚的Fe3+还原能力在Q3时最高(86。77 μmol/g),约为滁菊的3/8。不同药剂浸种处理对金丝皇菊总酚和多糖的DPPH、ABTS自由基清除能力差异不显著。综合药剂浸种处理与金丝皇菊功能成分和抗氧化能力的差异,最适宜浸种处理药剂应确定为生根粉(Q2)。
Effects of Soaking Treatment with Four Kinds of Agents on Functional Components and Antioxidant Activity of Jinsihuangju
To show the effects of different agents on functional components and antioxidant activity of cuttage from Jinsihuangju and determine the best suitable soaking treatment reagent.Four kind of the flowerheads samples were collected after soaking treatment with water(Q1),rooting powder(Q2),chlorothalonil(Q3),and rooting powder+chlorothalonil(Q4).The contents of functional compo-nents in Jinsihuangju were measured by Folin-ciocalteu,Phehol-vitriol and Aluminum nitrate method,and the antioxidant capabilities on DPPH,Fe3+and ABTS were used to evaluate the antioxidant ac-tivity of the four species of Jinsihuangju.Results showed that the contents of phenolics,polysaccha-rides and flavonoid of Jinsihuangju were significantly affected by different agents soaking treatment.The polysaccharide content was the highest at Q3(26.81 mg/g),which was higher than those in Chuzhou chrysanthemum flowers and lower than those in jujube.The contents of phenols and fla-vonoids were the highest at Q2(48.59 and 61.88 mg/g,respectively),which were consistent with those of Chuzhou chrysanthemum flowers and higher than those of other chrysanthemum varieties and small berry foods(blueberry and blackberry).The Fe3+reduction ability of polysaccharide and total phenol were significantly affected by different agents soaking treatment.The Fe3+reducing capacity of polysaccharides was the highest at Q2(138.34 umol/g),which was 38.6 times that of Chuzhou chrys-anthemum flowers.The Fe3+reducing capacity of total phenol was the highest at Q3(86.77 umol/g),which was about 3/8 of that of Chuzhou chrysanthemum flowers.The DPPH and ABTS cation radical scavenging activities of polysaccharide and total phenol had no significantly affected by different agents soaking treatment.Synthesizing the difference between agents soaking treatment and functional components,antioxidant capacity of Jinsihuangju,the most suitable agents soaking treatment should be the rooting powder(Q2).
