摘要

试验以白云区采集分离的褐灵菇为试材,经ITS鉴定后建立系统发育树,并按照基础生物学研究方法,对其最佳培养条件进行研究.结果表明,褐灵菇为侧耳属(Pleurotus)类群,与工厂化栽培种杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii)亲缘性近.生物学特性研究表明,褐灵菇最适碳源为糊精、最适氮源为豆粕粉、最适生长的温度范围为20~25 ℃、最适生长的pH值范围为6~9.该研究为以后褐灵菇资源的开发利用提供了理论依据,为褐灵菇规模化生产奠定基础.

Abstract

The Pleurotus eryngii strain as the test material was collected and isolated from the Baiyun District,Guiyang City.After ITS identification,a phylogenetic tree was established.The optimal cul-tivation conditions for Pleurotus eryngii were studied using basic biological research methods.The re-sults showed that Pleurotus eryngii belongs to the genus Pleurotus and is closely related to the facto-ry-cultivated Pleurotus eryngii.The optimal carbon source for Pleurotus eryngii was dextrin.The optimal nitrogen source was soybean meal powder.The optimal temperature range for growth was 20-25 ℃.And the optimal pH range for growth was pH 6 to pH 9.This study provided a theoretical basis for the future development and utilization of Pleurotus eryngii resources and layed a foundation for its large-scale production.
