干旱胁迫对低温保存后血人参种子萌发及种苗生长的影响

为了探讨干旱胁迫对经低温(4℃)储藏的血人参种子萌发及种苗生长的影响,设置不同干旱环境对血人参种子及种苗进行胁迫研究.结果表明,当PEG-6000 浓度逐渐升高,血人参种子的发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数均呈下降趋势;随着PEG-6000 浓度的增加,血人参种苗苗长、主根长度、须根数及鲜重均呈先升高后下降的趋势.综合分析表明,随着PEG-6000 浓度的升高,血人参种子发芽率受到显著抑制,当PEG-6000 浓度为 25%时,血人参种子的萌发能力完全被抑制;PEG-6000 浓度为 5%~10%时,可以促进血人参种苗生长发育.
To investigate the effect of drought stress on the growth of Indigofera stachyodes seeds and seedlings after 4℃cold storage,a drought stress experiment was conducted on I.stachyodes seeds under different drought environments.The results showed that with the increase of PEG-6000 concen-tration,the germination rate,germination potential,and germination index of the seeds decreased.With the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the seedling length,main root length,number of fibrous roots,and fresh weight of I.stachyodes seedlings showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Comprehensive analysis showed that the germination rate of I.stachyodes seeds was sig-nificantly inhibited with the increase of PEG-6000 concentration.When the PEG-6000 concentration reached 25%,the germination ability of I.stachyodes seeds was completely inhibited.When the PEG-6000 concentration was 5%to 10%,it promoted the growth and development of I.stachyodes seed-lings.
