不同烤烟品种(系)苗期耐低氮胁迫差异研究

为分析不同烤烟品种(系)的耐瘠薄特性,筛选适宜丘陵烟区生长的品种(系),本试验以豫烟 7 号、豫浓香 201(Y2001)、Y074、7564、渠首 1 号等为试验材料,研究在低氮胁迫条件下各烤烟品系的叶片叶绿素值(SPAD 值)、光合特性、根系形态及根系活力等生理指标的差异.结果表明,在 0.5 mmol/L氮素供应的情况下,豫烟 7 号、Y074 和 7564 能保持较好的叶片状态,胞间CO2 浓度、光合速率、蒸腾速率等受低氮胁迫影响较小,表明这 3 个品系受到低氮胁迫的影响较小,耐低氮能力更强.
Study on the Difference of Tolerance of Different Flue-cured Tobacco Varieties(lines)to Low Nitrogen Stress at Seedling Stage
In order to analyze the barren resistance characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco varie-ties(systems)and screen the varieties(systems)suitable for growing in hilly tobacco area,Yuyan7,Yunongxiang201(Y2001),Y074,7564 and Qushou1 were used as experimental materials to study the effects of low nitrogen stress.The leaf chlorophyll value(SPAD),photosynthetic characteristics,root morphology and root activity were different among flue-cured tobacco strains.The results showed that Yuyan7,Y074 and 7564 strains could maintain a good leaf state with only 0.5 mmol/L nitrogen supply,and intercellular CO2 concentration,photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate were less affected by low nitrogen stress.
