青蒿组培苗切段诱导生根研究

为获得性状一致的青蒿纯合体,避免出现青蒿大田参差不齐的情况,本试验对青蒿组培苗切段诱导生根开展研究.利用MS、1/2 MS和 1/4MS等 3 种不同培养基,添加不同浓度NAA,对带无顶茎段和带顶茎段进行扦插生根诱导.研究表明,1/2 MS培养基为最佳培养基,0.3 mg/L NAA为最佳激素用量,培养时间以 22d为佳,最多不超过 30d为宜.
Study on Cutting and Inducing Rooting of Artemisia annua Tissue Culture Seedlings
In order to obtain the homozygote of Artemisia annua with the same characters and avoid the appearance of uneven artemisia annua in the field,we conducted a study on cutting and inducing rooting of tissue culture seedlings of Artemisia annua.Three kinds of medium,MS,1/2 MS and 1/4 MS,and different NAA concentration,were used to induce the cutting roots of the stem segment with no top and stem segment with noggin.It was found that 1/2 MS medium was the best medium,the concentration of NAA was 0.3 mg/L as the optimal hormone dosage,and the culture time was 22 days,and the maximun was 30 days.
