不同植物生长调节剂对乌榄种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

为探究不同植物生长调节剂对乌榄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)3 种植物生长调节剂,各设 3 个浓度对乌榄种子进行浸种处理,对其相关萌发指标进行测定.结果表明,不同植物生长调节剂处理对乌榄种子的萌发和生长影响不同,3 种植物生长调节剂对乌榄种子的萌发和幼苗生长的促进作用从大到小的依次为 GA3、NAA、6-BA.其中,300 mg/L的 GA3 对乌榄种子的萌发和幼苗生长的促进效果最好,能显著提高乌榄种子的发芽率,使其出苗更整齐,可在生产实践中推广使用.
Effects of Plant Growth Regulators on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Canarium pimela
To investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators on seed germination and seed-ling growth of Canarium pimela,the study used different types and concentrations of plant growth regulators GA3,NAA and 6-BA to soak wild apricot seeds and measure their relevant germination indicators.The results showed that different plant growth regulators had varying effects on the germi-nation and growth of Canarium pimela.The promoting effect of three plant growth regulators on the germination of Canarium pimela and seedling growth was ranked in descending order as GA3>NAA>6-BA.GA3 was the best effect on the germination and growth of Canarium pimela,among which 300 mg/L GA3 was the best promotion effect on the germination and seedling growth of Canar-ium pimela seeds and could be used in production to promote the germination of Canarium pimela seeds.
