On the triple mechanism of building a socialist country with a strong culture
Promoting the construction of a socialist country with a strong culture fundamentally lies in clarifying the ways of building,which involves such three questions as who build,what to build,and how to build.The interactive mechanism of the construction subjects answers the first question.Core socialist values fundamen-tally stipulate and lead the four major construction subjects and their structural-functional positionings,while the four major subjects constitute a community for the construction of a country with a strong culture through the altruistic-restrictive interactive norm.The synergy mechanism of the construction tasks answers the second question.The three important tasks of the construction of a country with a strong culture,namely,improving the degree of social civilization,upgrading the level of public cultural services,and improving the modern cultural industry system,constitute a systematic,efficient and flexible strategic synergy relationship.The internal mechanism of the interaction between subjects and three major tasks answers the third question.The four major subjects create and accumulate the institutional assets,social assets,economic assets and cultural assets respectively,which are shaped into a positive tetrahedron with circulative and resilient characteristics.And they further realize the interaction and mutual reinforcement with the three major tasks throughout the construction practice of a country with a strong culture.As with the triple mechanism of the efficient interaction among the subjects of construction,the optimal synergy among the tasks of construction,and the interaction between the subjects and the tasks,their clarification will help to reveal the methodology and roadmap for building a country with a strong culture in a more concrete way.
