中国省域生态文明建设水平:测度、时空差异及集聚特征

基于生态环境、资源环境、经济发展、社会进步和生态文明制度建设五个子系统构建省域生态文明建设水平评价体系,分析了2008-2017年省域生态文明建设水平的空间分布差异及集聚特征.结果显示:生态文明建设总体水平的发展态势是逐渐向好的,但其增幅差异大,大部分省份的增长率处于20%~30%,增幅最高的为湖北省;五个子系统的建设水平,基于省域视角10年间变动过程有所起伏,但总趋势向好.从区域来看,东部地区除了资源环境方面外,其他四个子系统建设水平显著优于中、西部地区;省域生态文明建设水平具有全局空间相关性,其空间效应显著,且其空间效应很大部分取决于8个局部地区的空间效应.
The measurement,spatial variation and agglomeration characteristics of the ecological civilization construction in the provinces in China
From the five subsystems of ecological environment,resource environment,economic development,social progress and construction of ecological civilization system,an evaluation system of the ecological civilization construction level of the provinces is constructed to analyze the spatial differences and agglomeration characteristics of provincial-level ecological civilization construction situations from 2008 to 2017.The results indicate that the overall construction of ecological civilization is gradually improving,but the growth rate varies greatly in different provinces.The growth rate in most provinces is 20%-30%,and the highest growth rate is in Hubei Province.The construction of the five subsystems fluctuates during the changes of the past 10 years from the perspective of provinces,but the general trend is good.As for the regional section,except resource environment,the construction levels of the other four subsystems in the eastern region are significantly better than those in the central and western regions.The provincial construction of ecological civilization has the globally spatial correlation,and its spatial effect is significant,which mainly consists in the spatial effects of eight local areas.
