China's consideration and choice under the RCEP framework
The signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)marks an important milestone in the development process of regional economic integration in East Asia.Deeply promoting the RCEP is an inevitable choice for China to build a new regional economic order based on common interests.It has important strategic value for China to create a favorable international environment and achieve stable and sustainable economic development.To further promote the development of regional free trade and regional integration,China must adhere to the open concept of cooperation for mutual benefit and win-win situations,strengthen the compound interdependence with members in the RCEP,and support the core role of ASEAN in the RCEP.Furthermore,China should strive for the optimization of the industrial structure,the deep integration into the global supply chain and industrial chain,and the continual promotion of high-quality opening-up.
