On risk prevention and control in Hainan Free Trade Port
As an important component of the construction of free trade port with Chinese characteristics,risk prevention and control are the concrete embodiment and practice for adherence to the holistic view of national security.In the entire process and all fields of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,it is a must to adhere to the bottom-line idea,and prevent and resolve major risks,which is the basic premise and guarantee to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.Reviewing the strategic opportu-nities and lessons of risk prevention and control in the history of Hainan from the reform and opening up to the construction of free trade port,this paper also systematically concludes the practice and measures of risk prevention and control in Hainan Free Trade Port at the early stage.Through the analyses of historical lessons and practical experience,it puts forward the assumption and realization path for strengthening the construction of a special area under the supervision of customs in Hainan Free Trade Port.
