Dynamic coordination of multiteam systems in enterprise digital transformation:concept,research framework and future prospect
The dynamic coordination of multiteam systems(MTSs)is a new cooperation mechanism under the digital transformation of the enterprise.It emphasizes the adaptive functions of the coordination structure,mode and degree with the change of environment under the application of digital technology.Using the MTSs dynamic coordination can help the enterprises realize the transformation of"digital technology+relationship".Firstly,the concept of MTSs dynamic coordination is defined from the perspective of cognition,behavior and relationship,and the relationship between MTSs dynamic coordination and digitalization and its expression form are summarized.Secondly,the perspectives of formal coordination and informal coordination are utilized to expound the theoretical basis of the research framework of MTSs dynamic coordination in enter-prise digital transformation.The influencing factors of MTSs dynamic coordination are analyzed from the aspects of team,multiteam and situational factors,and the influencing results of multiteam dynamic coordination are analyzed from the characteristics of goal setting.Finally,the future research direction is analyzed from four aspects:concept connotation,research perspective,influencing factors and influencing results.Combined with the domain,cross-level,dynamic and multiscale characteristics of multiteam coordination,this paper constructs a comprehensive research framework of MTSs dynamic coordination in the enterprise digital transformation,aiming at providing a new theoretical vision of collaborative practice under the enter-prise digital transformation,and providing new ideas for promoting the formation of participant interaction and synergistic effect under the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises.
