摘要
目的 观察应用解剖钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法总结分析2007年8月至2010年10月间应用解剖钢板手术治疗股骨远端骨折49例的临床资料,采用AO/ASIF分类法,其中A型骨折21例,B型骨折16例,C型骨折12例；术后应用CPM机康复锻炼.结果49例骨折经术后4～18个月随访,骨折均获愈合,愈合时间8周～14个月,平均5.2个月.按美国特种外科医院膝关节评分标准(The hospital for special surgery,HSS)评分:优22例,良11例,可4例,差3例,优良率为84.9％.结论 股骨远端解剖型钢板具有良好的解剖形态,符合人体力学要求,采用股骨远端骨折复位准确,固定可靠,是固定股骨远端骨折的理想方法.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of anatomical condylar plates in the treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods The clinical data of 49 cases of distal femoral fractures treated by open reduction and internal fixation with anatomical condylar plates from 2007 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Based on AO/ASIF classification, of the 49 cases, 21 cases were classified as type A, 16 cases as type B, and 12 cases as type C. Results All the 49 cases were followed up for 4-18 months, and fractures were all united in 8 weeks to 14 months, with an average of S.2 months. According to the hospital for special surgery sanders (HSS), the results were graded as excellent in 22 cases, good in 11 cases, fair in 4 cases and poor in 3 cases. The excellent and good rate was 84.9%. Conclusion The anatomical condylar plate is effective for distal femoral fractures, with the advantages of easy operation and stable immobilization.
