摘要
目的：了解常见21种人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在海南地区的亚型分布、多重感染和不同年龄感染情况。方法使用PCR体外扩增和膜杂交法对2013年1~12月来我院就诊的10764例女性进行HPV分型检查。结果10764例样本中阳性率为19.38%，多重感染率为4.96%，25岁以下阳性率最高，各亚型检出率最高依次为52型、16型和58型，未检出43型。结论海南地区主要HPV感染亚型为52型、16型和58型，HPV感染有低龄化趋势。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the genotypes distribution of 21 common human papillomavirus (HPV) in Hainan province, rate of multiple infections and infection rates among different age groups. Methods A total of 10 764 samples from females in Hainan were tested for 21 DNA types of HPV by PCR and film chip blot. Results The HPV positive rate was 19.38%. The multiple infection rate was 4.96%, and there was relatively high infection rate among females under 25 years old. Out of the 21 subtypes of HPV, HPV-52 was the most common subtype detected, followed by subtypes HPV-16 and HPV-58. HPV-43 was not detected. Conclusion The most prevalent HPV sub-types are HPV-52, HPV-16 and HPV-58 in Hainan province, and the highest rate of HPV infection is found in fe-males under 25 years old.
