Study on volatile oil components from Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum produced in Hainan
Objective To analyze the volatile oil components from Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum produced in Hainan. Methods The volatile components were extracted by low temperature-dynamic microwave method and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technique, with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) for head-space injec-tion. The constituents in volatile oil were analyzed. Results Fifty-four compounds were detected and identified from the agarwood sample, representing 43.23%of the total volatile oil. The compounds mainly included ingredients like es-quiterpenes, benzene compounds and fatty acids. Twenty-six esquiterpenes have been identified and the total relative con-tents accounted for 36.87%, mainlyβ-selinene (6.47%) and agarospirod (4.63%). Conclusion The volatile oil of agar-wood sample produced in Hainan contains rich esquiterpenes.
