腮腺Warthin瘤的CT贴边血管征再认识

摘要
目的 探讨腮腺Warthin瘤的CT影像表现,提高诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析柳州市工人医院2009年1月至2017年7月经手术、病理证实的12例腮腺Warthin瘤患者17个肿块的CT平扫+双期增强表现.结果 17个肿块的形态、分布、密度、边界及强化模式符合相关文献报道,13个病灶增强后出现贴边血管征,血管主要来自耳后动脉及颞浅动脉分支,其中8个病灶耳后动脉向前移位走行于肿块前缘,3个病灶颞浅动脉分支向前移位走行于肿块前缘而耳后动脉走行正常,1个病灶耳后动脉向上移位走行于肿块上缘而颞浅动脉分支走行正常,1个病灶耳后动脉及颞浅动脉分支走行未见异常.结论 腮腺CT平扫+双期增强扫描显示腮腺Wartin瘤的贴边血管征有一定的特征性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the CT features of warthin tumor of parotid gland. Methods CT images of 17 warthin tumors from 12 patients in the Worker Hospital of Liuzhou which were verified by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results The morphology, distribution, density, border, and enhancement pattern of the 17 tumors were in accordance with related literature. Thirteen tumors appeared welt vessel sign after enhancement, and blood vessels were mainly from the posterior auricular artery and superficial temporal artery branches, of which the posterior auricular artery moved forward in 8 tumors, the superficial temporal artery branches moved forward in 3 tumors, the posterior auricular artery moved upward in 1 tumor, and the posterior auricular artery and superficial temporal artery branches were normal in 1 tumor. Conclusion Dual phase contrast-enhanced CT scan of parotid gland shows that the welt vessel sign of parotid wartin tumor has certain characteristics.
