面向东盟国家开展干部教育培训研究——以百色干部学院干部教育培训为例

中国与东盟山水相连、血脉相亲,是拆不散、离不开的好邻居、好兄弟、好伙伴.今年是习近平总书记提出共建"一带一路"倡议的 10 周年,也是提出亲诚惠容周边外交理念 10 周年.10 年来,中国与东盟的合作关系不断深化.百色干部学院积极服务国家周边外交,以"东盟牌"为办学特色,举办面向东盟国家的领导干部培训班,进一步加强习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的国内外宣介,讲好中国故事,传播中国声音.学院针对面向东盟国家的干部教育培训做出了积极探索,积累了一定经验.本文选取百色干部学院为个案,对面向东盟的干部教育培训进行研究,总结百色干部学院举办东盟干部培训班的经验做法,并对面向东盟国家干部教育培训中存在的问题进行思考,就提升办学质量方面为其他院校东盟干部培训提供参考性建议.这不仅利于促进中国与东盟国家教育合作领域的发展,促进中国与东盟国家友好交往交流,更对讲好中国故事、传播中国声音,促进中国国际地位提升起到一定作用.
On Cadre Education and Training for ASEAN Countries——Based on the Case Study of Cadre Education and Training in Baise Executive Leadership Academy
China is connected to ASEAN's mountains and rivers,and it is a good neighbor,brother and partner that is inseparable and inseplrable.This year marks the 10th anniversary of the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,and also the 10th anni versary of the concept of affinity,sincerity,benefit and tolerance.Over the past 10 years,the cooperation between China and ASEAN has been deepening.Baise Executive Leadership Academy as an"ASEAN brand"as one of the characteristics of the autonomous region-level cadre education and training institutions,it has made active explorations and accumulated some experience in cadre education and training for ASEAN.Selecting Baise Executive Leadership Academy as a case,researching on cadre education and training for ASEAN,and sorting out the cadre training work of ASEAN countries,these are not only a review of the Institute's foreign exchange work since its establishment,but also a reflection on the development of international cooperation and exchange of cadre education and training for ASEAN.Meanwhile,it's also thinking about the problems existing in the education and training of cadres for ASEAN countries and providing referential suggestions for improving the quality of education.
