This study integrates professional education and"Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education"into a cohesive educational model under the guidance of party building.Party building plays key role in professional education to perseveres in the socialist orientation in education provision,It fosters a correct outlook on the world and life and correct values,integrates knowledge imparting,quality improvement,ability cultivation,and value shaping into one.This study explores a new model for cultivating talents in art and design majors who are responsible and demanded by the industry in＂Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education＂education.
