摘要
黄炎培职业教育目的观是其职业教育思想的重要内容.受实用主义教育思潮和《天演论》的影响,同时基于社会经济发展需要和国内外教育考察,黄炎培提出职业教育目的为"谋个性之发展、为个人谋生之准备、为个人服务社会之准备、为国家及世界增进生产力之准备",最终实现"无业者有业,有业者乐业".围绕该目的,黄炎培带领创办中华职业教育社、《教育与职业》杂志、中华职业学校,为个人和社会国家的发展做出巨大贡献.黄炎培职业教育目的观启示我国当代职业教育发展应不断完善现代职业教育体系、加快构建"职教高考"制度、努力增强职业教育适应性.
Abstract
Huang Yanpei's view on the purpose of vocational education is an important content of his vocational education thought.Influenced by the pragmatism in education and Evolution and Ethics and in the consideration of social needs and domestic and international research,Huang Yanpei proposed that the purpose of vocational education is"to seek the development of personality,to prepare individuals to make a living,to prepare individuals to serve society,and to prepare for the country and the world to enhance productivity".The ultimately goal is to realize"employment for the jobless and happiness for the employed".Focusing on this purpose,Huang Yanpei led the establishment of the China Vocational Education Association,the magazine"Education and Vocation",and the Chinese Vocational School,which made great contributions to the development of individuals and the country.Huang Yanpei's insights reveals that China should continue to improve the modern vocational education system,accelerate the construction of the entrance examination to vocational colleges and strive to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.
