摘要

社会服务是高职院校的重要职能之一.起源美国的"服务学习"理念重构"服务"与"学习"的关系,倡导了社会服务反哺人才培养的重要性在国内外产生重大影响.本研究通过实际案例分析高职院校应把握国家产教融合契机,将社会服务反哺人才培养的必要性和可行性以匹配高职院校人才培养方向.为高职院校进一步深化社会服务职能,提高人才培养质量提供理论基础.

Abstract

Social service is one of the important functions of higher vocational colleges and universities.The"Service-Learning"idea originated in the United States.It reconfigures the relationship between"service"and"learning",and advocates the importance of social service regurgitation feeding into talent cultivation.It influences the whole word.This study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of social service regurgitation feeding talents cultivation to match the direction of talents cultivation by case study.This case study provides a theoretical foundation to further deepen their social service function and improve the quality of talents cultivation.
