The teachers evaluation system in higher vocational colleges is consist of non-quantification mode and quantification mode at present.The priority has been moved to teachers ethics,educational effectiveness and social service capability in the evaluation.Teachers'ethics should be the first criterion for evaluating the quality of the teaching team,the educational effectiveness should be the fundamental path for evaluating the teaching ability,and social service capability should be the development direction for the cultivation of the"dual-qualified"teacher team.
