高职院校教师评价体系困境与对策研究

摘要
近年来,我国高职院校办学规模、办学质量有明显提升,各行各业也越重视高职教育.教育的根本在于教师,教师评价体系对于教师教学质量的提升有着决定性作用.当前高职院校教师评价主要分为无量化模式和量化模式两大块.在新时代背景下,围绕立德树人根本任务,高职院校教师评价体系中师德师风、育人成效和社会服务能力应摆在更为突出的位置.要把师德师风作为评价教师队伍素质的第一标准,育人成效作为评价教学能力的根本路径,社会服务作为"双师型"队伍培养的发展方向.
Abstract
The teachers evaluation system in higher vocational colleges is consist of non-quantification mode and quantification mode at present.The priority has been moved to teachers ethics,educational effectiveness and social service capability in the evaluation.Teachers'ethics should be the first criterion for evaluating the quality of the teaching team,the educational effectiveness should be the fundamental path for evaluating the teaching ability,and social service capability should be the development direction for the cultivation of the"dual-qualified"teacher team.
