By the end of 2022,elderly population aged 60 and above has exceed 280 million.The elderly population is large,the speed of aging is fast,the structure of the needs of the elderly is changing from survival to development.The importance and urgency of building the national undertakings for the aged and elderly service system are becoming more and more prominent.However,there are problems of unbalanced and insufficient development of the aged undertakings and aged services in China.,which mainly reflected in the low level of rural elderly care services and the shortage of professionals,especially nursing personnel..This paper explores the"4+4+4"training mode of innovation talents for geriatric nursing in vocational colleges,in order to enhance training capacity of innovation talent and provide talent support and skill support for rural revitalization.
