Sixty-four students who entered Renhe Hospital affiliated to Three Gorges University for clinical operation skills learning from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was taught by 3D and VR video interactive learning on the basis of normal teaching,while the control group followed traditional teaching mode.The results showed that the theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills,comprehensive knowledge ability and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,the application of 3D and VR video interactive teaching method in clinical operation skills training can achieve good teaching effect,which can improve students'knowledge mastery and application ability and satisfaction with the teaching mode.
