In the digital age,it is urgent to explore the mode of vocational education and lifelong learning.The article aims to analyze the situation of vocational education in the current digital environment,and put forward a lifelong learning mode in line with the trend ofthe times.Through literature review and experts'interviews,the study finds that traditional vocational education has been unable to meet the rapidly changing market demand while the importance of lifelong learning is emphasized.The conclusion shows that adoption of personalized and flexible learning methods,combined with online courses,virtual practice and cross-disciplinary knowledge integration,can enhance the competitiveness.Lifelong learning needs to be sustained throughout a career to update skills and adapt to new challenges.This conclusion provides an important reference for the establishment of a more inclusive and adaptive education system,helping individuals and organizations to maintain a competitive advantage in the digital wave.
