摘要

文章以名师工作室建设为背景,分析名师工作室在促进高职教师专业成长方面所起到的作用和机制.专业发展共同体不但提升了教师专业能力,同时作为一种新的载体为高职教师专业发展提供了有效的理论依据和实践平台;也在推动教师专业发展、资源共享以及团队合作等方面显示出显著价值.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the role and mechanism of the famous teacher's studio in promoting the professional growth of higher vocational teachers.The professional development community supported by famous teacher's studio,not only deepens teachers'professional ability,but also provides practical platform and theoretical basis for the construction of the professional development community.It also shows significant value in promoting educational reform,resource sharing and team cooperation.
