The Construction and Application Effect of Formative Evaluation——An Example of Teaching Application of Online Excellent Course"Biochemistry"
In order to explore the effect of formative evaluation in"Biochemistry"online high-quality course of Biochemistry,a study was conducted on 207 students of 2022 Yuncheng Nursing Vocational College.Students were randomly divided into a control group(105 people,using summative evaluation)and an experimental group(102 people,using formative evaluation).Both groups adopted a blended online and offline teaching mode.Comparison of the final exam results,comprehensive scores,and academic evaluations,were analyzed using SPSS 22.0.It was found that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of grades(P<0.05),indicating that formative evaluation has a significant effect.The results show that the application of formative assessment in the course of"Biochemistry"has achieved significant results.The academic performance and comprehensive abilities of the experimental group students have significantly improved,and their recognition of evaluation is also extremely high.Moreover,formative evaluation can effectively promote students'mastery of knowledge and improvement of abilities by focusing on the learning process and continuous feedback.However,the problems of untimely feedback and insufficient multi-party participation still exist in the process of practical application,and targeted measures are proposed to solve them.
